I’m an integrative therapist with training in psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), third-wave CBT, and systemic modalities. What matters most to me in therapy is the quality of our relationship—it’s the foundation of the work we’ll do together.

I see therapy as a collaborative process, where you are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer a safe, confidential space where you can explore your challenges and the meaning they hold in the context of your unique experience. I offer non-judgmental, empathetic support to help you navigate the difficulties you're facing.

I believe that the tension and suffering we sometimes feel can be a doorway to growth, creativity, and new possibilities. My approach is focused on helping you develop greater self-acceptance, build resilience, and find hope in your journey. Together, we’ll decide what areas of your life we should focus on, whether it's exploring the past or addressing the present. Your needs and goals will guide the direction of our work, and I’ll tailor my approach to support your personal growth in the best way possible.
